By accessing, registering on, or using the jl016 platform available at jl016.app (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl016 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the jl016 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino and gambling services.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on jl016.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful at the time of each session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jl016 or any regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jl016 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jl016 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at jl016's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

To access the full features of the jl016 Platform, including placing wagers and claiming bonuses, you must create a registered account via the jl016 Login page. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jl016 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl016 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl016 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jl016 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jl016 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): jl016 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

jl016 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the jl016 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jl016 may apply transaction limits for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-enabled banks.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jl016 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• jl016 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your jl016 account.
• jl016 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• jl016 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable KYC verification has been completed to jl016's satisfaction.

jl016 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and other game categories may have different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim period, or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period, will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: jl016 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from a bonus is capped at 10x the bonus amount.

jl016 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the registered email address on their account.

All games available on the jl016 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, color game, Lucky Piggy, and sports betting — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all game categories:

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on jl016 use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results or player behavior.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, jl016 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game will not be paid.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, jl016's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. jl016 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, and in-play wagering. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl016 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or jl016 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive practice in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by jl016.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl016 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the jl016 Platform, including but not limited to the jl016 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jl016 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jl016.
• Use the jl016 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by jl016.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement with jl016.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl016 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jl016's reasonable control (force majeure).

In any event, jl016's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl016 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl016 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: You may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the jl016 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

jl016 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jl016 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money deposits may be returned at jl016's discretion after deducting any losses incurred through fraudulent activity.

You may close your jl016 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no outstanding investigations are in progress.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days from the date on which one party notifies the other of the dispute in writing.

jl016 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl016 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the jl016 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
